Coming to the Pass Area

The wellness space
women here have never had.
Until now.

The Oasis Women's Wellness & Community Health Center will be the first dedicated sanctuary for women's midlife health in the Banning–Beaumont Pass Area. Designed from the ground up for women 40 and beyond, not adapted, not shared, not an afterthought.

A sanctuary built for this season.

Right now, the nearest women's wellness facility is 30 miles away. That's not a minor inconvenience, it's a gap that has left tens of thousands of women without real support during one of the most significant transitions of their lives.

The Oasis Women's Wellness & Community Health Center changes that. It will be a standalone destination in the Pass Area, a place you don't have to share with a co-ed gym, squeeze into a medical office, or drive an hour to reach.

Every service, every room, every practitioner is chosen with one woman in mind: you.

Everything in one place.

Six areas of care, all designed for women in perimenopause and menopause. No more piecing it together across five different providers.

Functional Nutrition

One-on-one counseling with a CFNC. Lab interpretation, supplement guidance, and the Midlife Nutrition Reset Guide, all tailored to your hormonal picture.

Plant-Based Culinary Studio

A dedicated kitchen for healthy lifestyle cooking classes and hormone-balancing meal demonstrations built on the 5 Pillars of Hormone Smart Eating, designed specifically for midlife nutrition needs.

Colon Hydrotherapy

Professional colon hydrotherapy services in a private, dignified setting. Gut health is hormonal health, this is part of the restoration, not an add-on.

Movement Studio

HIIT, Zumba, dance fitness, and strength training classes designed for midlife women's bodies. Group sessions that build bone density, metabolism, and joy.

Yoga & Somatic Healing

Yoga, stretching, and flexibility practices alongside energy work and somatic healing. A calm, dedicated space to restore your nervous system and reconnect with your body.

Community Cohorts

Structured cohort programs that move groups of women through the Midlife Bloom Method™ together. Accountability, shared discovery, and friendships built into the design.

Built for you. Not adapted for you.

Women-only space

No co-ed gym floor. No waiting for equipment. A sanctuary where every square foot was designed with you in mind.

Hormone-informed programming

Every class, session, and meal plan is designed around perimenopause and menopause, not adapted from general fitness protocols.

Six services, one location

Nutrition, movement, restoration, culinary education, community, and healing, all under one roof. No more juggling five different providers.

Community at the center

Cohort-based enrollment means you're never going through this alone. The women in your cohort become your people.

In the Pass Area, for the Pass Area

30 to 40 miles closer than the nearest comparable option. Built specifically for this community.
