Why I created this guide.

I started studying herbal support for hormones after I lost my father at 49 and my mother at 61, both to preventable causes. I wanted to understand what lifestyle choices could actually protect the body, and I kept coming back to the same theme: small, consistent daily habits compound in ways that dramatic interventions never do.
