She spent nearly a decade coaching women directly through MAX-40 Fitness, a BBB-accredited business, then trained through the Functional Nutrition Alliance's Full Body Systems program to build a science-backed approach to midlife health. Before all of that, she spent 19 years in California city government managing complex programs and $22 million in public funding. She lost her father at 49 and her mother at 61, both to preventable causes. The Midlife Bloom Method is the program she wished had existed for them. Once a week there is a live 60-minute cohort session with Shanae and your group. You will learn that week's focus, ask questions, and connect with your cohort. On-demand movement sessions, including strength training, Cardio Fusion, and stretching, are available anytime, typically 20 to 40 minutes each. Nutrition content, meal prep demos, and recipe guides are also on-demand and available throughout the week. In between, you have access to your private cohort community for questions and support.
