The Midlife Bloom Method was built by Shanae Smith, ISSA CPT and Certified Functional Nutrition Counselor. She spent nearly a decade coaching women directly through MAX-40 Fitness, a BBB-accredited business, then trained through the Functional Nutrition Alliance's Full Body Systems program to build a science-backed approach to midlife health. Before all of that, she spent 19 years in California city government managing complex programs and $22 million in public funding. She lost her father at 49 and her mother at 61, both to preventable causes. The Midlife Bloom Method is the program she wished had existed for them.
