This policy explains what personal information Oasis Integrated Wellness Solutions, a trade name of Renew Health and Fitness, LLC, collects through oasiswomenswellness.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to the practices described below.

Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and, with your consent, to understand traffic and marketing performance. Email and marketing communications
When you sign up for The Bloom Letter, a lead magnet, or a program waitlist, we send emails through Zoho Campaigns or MailerLite. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Transactional emails related to a purchase or booking you have made will still be sent even if you unsubscribe from marketing, since those relate directly to a service you requested.
How we use your information
We use your information to deliver the programs and content you request, to communicate with you about your enrollment or purchase, to improve our website and offerings, and to comply with legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run this business: Stripe for payment processing, Zoho Mail and Zoho Bookings for scheduling and communication, MailerLite and Zoho Campaigns for email marketing, Mighty Networks for community hosting, and Netlify for website hosting. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the right to request deletion of that information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. Wherever you live, you can always ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from any list, by emailing the same address.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you share with us, including HTTPS encryption on this site and secure, PCI-compliant processing of payments through Stripe. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
Our programs are designed for adult women in midlife. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy as our tools and programs evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
