These terms and conditions govern your use of the website located at oasiswomenswellness.com and all related programs, digital products, coaching services, and events offered by Renew Health and Fitness, LLC, doing business as Oasis Integrated Wellness Solutions, including its Midlife Bloom Method™ coaching program, Bloom Circle membership, corporate wellness services, and community events. By using this site or purchasing any program, you agree to the terms below.

Who we are

Oasis Integrated Wellness Solutions is a trade name of Renew Health and Fitness, LLC. Throughout this site you will see references to Oasis Women's Wellness, the Midlife Bloom Method™, and Corporate Wellness. These are components and program names of the same company, not separate legal entities. You can reach us at info@oasiswomenswellness.com.

Not medical advice

Content on this site, including coaching sessions, workbooks, guides, recipes, and any program materials, is intended for general educational and wellness purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it does not replace the relationship you have with a licensed physician or other health care provider. Always talk with your doctor before starting a new nutrition, supplement, or exercise program, especially if you have an existing health condition, are pregnant, or are taking medication.

California law allows any person to provide nutritional advice, meaning general information about the role of food and food ingredients, including dietary supplements. That law does not authorize the diagnosis, prevention, treatment, or cure of any disease, and Oasis Integrated Wellness Solutions does not claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition (California Business and Professions Code Section 2068).

Programs, purchases, and refunds

When you enroll in a paid program such as the Midlife Bloom Method™ cohort, purchase a digital guide, or join a membership like the Bloom Circle, you are agreeing to the price, schedule, and access terms shown at the time of purchase. Digital products and downloadable guides are generally non-refundable once delivered, since access cannot be revoked after download. Refund terms for live cohorts and coaching packages, if any, will be stated on the specific program's sales page or enrollment agreement. If something feels off about a purchase, reach out to us directly and we will work with you in good faith.

Your account and conduct

If you join a cohort, community, or membership space, you agree to treat other members with respect and to keep any shared personal health information confidential. We reserve the right to remove anyone from a program or community for behavior that is abusive, unsafe, or disruptive to other participants.

Intellectual property

The Midlife Bloom Method™ name and mark, along with the text, workbooks, videos, images, and program frameworks on this site, belong to Renew Health and Fitness, LLC. You may use materials you purchase for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish program content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renew Health and Fitness, LLC and Oasis Integrated Wellness Solutions are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in any program. Your use of any exercise, nutrition, or wellness guidance is at your own discretion and risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our programs and services evolve. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
